A mudan\u00e7a de rotina altera o comportamento e o h\u00e1bito alimentar que tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o influenciados pelo estado de sa\u00fade mental e emocional.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Pesquisas mostram que a ansiedade e o estresse podem provocar o aumento da ingest\u00e3o cal\u00f3rica e do ganho de peso em curto prazo devido ao alto consumo de alimentos ricos em carboidratos e gorduras.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Nesse contexto atual, al\u00e9m do isolamento social, ouvir ou ler continuamente sobre a pandemia aumentam o n\u00edvel de ansiedade e estresse.<\/p>\n<p>Isso pode levar as pessoas a comerem em maior quantidade e a buscarem alimentos chamados \u201c<em>comfort food<\/em>\u201d. Esses \u201calimentos que confortam\u201d s\u00e3o aqueles que remetem a mem\u00f3ria afetiva e que causam prazer e bem estar.<\/p>\n<p>O consumo de tais alimentos \u2013 muitas vezes ricos em carboidratos\/a\u00e7\u00facares (como doces, chocolates, bolos e tortas, por exemplo) \u2013 estimula a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de serotonina que, por sua vez, tem um efeito positivo no humor e na redu\u00e7\u00e3o moment\u00e2nea do estresse e no aumento do bem estar mental.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Esse comportamento chamado de \u201ccomer emocional\u201d \u00e9 influenciado diretamente pelo estresse e pela ansiedade.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-342 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blogs.unicamp.br\/nutricaoeciencia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/148\/2020\/04\/comfort-food-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\"><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Por isso, \u00e9 importante reconhecer a presen\u00e7a excessiva dessas emo\u00e7\u00f5es e perceber se est\u00e3o influenciando o comportamento alimentar. Seja pelo aumento do consumo de doces, massas e p\u00e3es, por exemplo, ou pelo aumento da quantidade de alimentos e bebidas consumidos no dia-a-dia.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Uma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica para cuidar da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o em tempos de isolamento\/distanciamento social \u00e9 criar estrat\u00e9gias de planejamento alimentar.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>PLANEJAMENTO ALIMENTAR<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>O primeiro passo \u00e9 planejar a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o (di\u00e1ria\/semanal\/mensal). A partir desse planejamento fazer a lista de compras;<\/p>\n<p>Manter a dispensa e geladeira organizadas para saber o que tem e evitar o desperd\u00edcio de alimentos;<\/p>\n<p>Estabelecer hor\u00e1rio para as refei\u00e7\u00f5es como caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3, almo\u00e7o, jantar e lanches intermedi\u00e1rios, evitando \u201cpular\u201d refei\u00e7\u00f5es e \u201cbeliscar\u201d durante o dia e \u00e0 noite;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Ter uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o variada composta, de uma forma geral, por cereais integrais, leguminosas, oleaginosas, frutas, verduras e legumes, carnes, frangos, ovos e peixes, leites e derivados. &nbsp;(Lembrando que pessoas que tenham alguma alergia\/ intoler\u00e2ncia alimentar ou indiv\u00edduos vegetarianos\/veganos precisam ter um planejamento alimentar espec\u00edfico).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Priorizar alimentos in natura como frutas, verduras e legumes;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Utilizar ervas arom\u00e1ticas e especiarias para cozinhar;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Experimentar algum alimento novo que n\u00e3o tenha o h\u00e1bito de comer;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Valorizar alimentos regionais, produtores locais e pequenos com\u00e9rcios;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Cozinhar mais, aprender novas receitas e aproveitar esse momento de isolamento para cultivar novos h\u00e1bitos alimentares.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"has-text-align-left\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>ATITUDES ALIMENTARES POSITIVAS<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m do planejamento alimentar, \u00e9 importante adotar atitudes alimentares positivas para desacelerar a mente e comer com aten\u00e7\u00e3o plena.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Nesse sentido, seguem algumas orienta\u00e7\u00f5es para serem usadas antes e durante as refei\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perceba e acolha suas emo\u00e7\u00f5es e sentimentos antes das refei\u00e7\u00f5es. Se estiver muito ansioso, pare e respire lenta e profundamente para ent\u00e3o come\u00e7ar a comer (use t\u00e9cnicas de respira\u00e7\u00e3o e medita\u00e7\u00e3o);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desconecte-se da TV, computador, celular e redes socias no momento das refei\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coma com aten\u00e7\u00e3o plena (<em>mindful eating<\/em>) e concentre-se no ato de se alimentar. Sente-se para comer e apenas coma, n\u00e3o fa\u00e7a outras atividades ao mesmo tempo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Feche os olhos e observe o aroma, a temperatura, a textura e o sabor dos alimentos, e coma sem culpa;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mastigue lentamente os alimentos. Apoie os talheres na mesa entre as garfadas, fazendo uma leve pausa no momento das refei\u00e7\u00f5es.
