S\u00e9culos depois, enquanto orava debaixo de um p\u00e9 de <i>ketapang<\/i> no in\u00edcio dos anos 60, o ent\u00e3o todo-poderoso Presidente Sukarno teria recebido a mensagem de que um hotel poderia ser constru\u00eddo no penedo sagrado, desde que um quarto fosse sempre reservado para a vaidosa deidade marinha.
