Perdoem-me os twitteiros, mas isso, pra mim, \u00e9 de um p\u00e3o-durismo mesquinho. Al\u00e9m, \u00e9 claro, de ser sinal de pregui\u00e7a de ler e escrever. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Para os twitteiros, vou tentar dar uma id\u00e9ia de quanto \u00e9 <strong>1 Terabyte<\/strong> em termos de tuitadas. <\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fullpost\">  <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Quem quiser, pode acompanhar as contas com uma calculadora simples. Como cada mensagem de 140 caracteres tem 20 KB, umas 50 tuitadas ainda somariam apenas <strong>1 Megabyte (MB)<\/strong> \u2013 caberiam num disquete. Para acumular <strong>1 Giga<\/strong> de mensagens no twitter, seriam necess\u00e1rios 50 000 <em>tweets<\/em>. Multiplique isso por 1000 \u2013 50 000 000 \u2013 e ainda d\u00e1 apenas<strong>1 Terabyte<\/strong>. Estima-se que a quantidade de informa\u00e7\u00e3o processada pelo c\u00e9rebro de uma pessoa que morre ap\u00f3s 80 anos de vida \u00e9 da ordem de <strong>80 Terabytes<\/strong>. Ou <strong>4 bilh\u00f5es<\/strong> de tuitadas.&#160; Para alcan\u00e7ar um <strong>Petabyte<\/strong>, seria necess\u00e1rio tuitar\u2026. <strong>50 000 000 000 (50 BILH\u00d5ES)<\/strong> de vezes. \u00c9 humanamente imposs\u00edvel tuitar tanto \u2013 a n\u00e3o ser que voc\u00ea tenha vida eterna.    <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Supondo uma m\u00e9dia de <strong>4 tuitadas por dia<\/strong> (<em>podem ser mais, dependendo do v\u00edcio<\/em>), seriam necess\u00e1rios <strong>12,5 bilh\u00f5es de dias<\/strong> para acumular tamanha quantidade de informa\u00e7\u00e3o. Isso equivale a pouco menos de <strong>34,25 milh\u00f5es anos<\/strong>. S\u00f3 para se ter uma id\u00e9ia, os mais antigos ancestrais dos seres humanos apareceram h\u00e1 uns <strong>6 milh\u00f5es de anos<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Assim, a estimativa de armazenar <strong>toda a hist\u00f3ria escrita da humanidade<\/strong> \u2013&#160; acumulada em meros <strong>6.000 anos<\/strong> de trabalho \u2013 em \u201capenas\u201d <strong>50 Terabytes<\/strong> n\u00e3o parece t\u00e3o absurda. Mas para armazenar todos os conhecimentos humanos, dever\u00edamos considerar tamb\u00e9m todas as <strong>pinturas<\/strong>, todas as <strong>m\u00fasicas<\/strong>, todas as <strong>fotografias<\/strong>, todos os <strong>filmes<\/strong> e todas as <strong>anima\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> feitas em <strong>todas as culturas de todas as \u00e9pocas<\/strong>. E, se n\u00e3o nos autodestruirmos em breve, numa guerra nuclear, numa cat\u00e1strofe clim\u00e1tica ou num desastroso choque com um aster\u00f3ide de grandes propor\u00e7\u00f5es, ainda teremos centenas de milh\u00f5es <em>(bilh\u00f5es?)<\/em> de anos pela frente para <strong>criar<\/strong> e <strong>produzir<\/strong>. Qual ser\u00e1 o tamanho da heran\u00e7a cultural humana?
