Esses \u201calimentos que confortam\u201d s\u00e3o aqueles que remetem a mem\u00f3ria afetiva e que causam prazer e bem estar.<br \/> O consumo de tais alimentos \u2013 muitas vezes ricos em carboidratos\/a\u00e7\u00facares (como doces, chocolates, bolos e tortas, por exemplo) \u2013 estimula a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de serotonina que, por sua vez, tem um efeito positivo no humor e na redu\u00e7\u00e3o moment\u00e2nea do estresse e no aumento do bem estar mental.<br \/> Esse comportamento chamado de \u201ccomer emocional\u201d \u00e9 influenciado diretamente pelo estresse e pela ansiedade.<br \/> Por isso, \u00e9 importante reconhecer a presen\u00e7a excessiva dessas emo\u00e7\u00f5es e perceber se est\u00e3o influenciando o comportamento alimentar. Seja pelo aumento do consumo de doces, massas e p\u00e3es, por exemplo, ou pelo aumento da quantidade de alimentos e bebidas consumidos no dia-a-dia.<br \/> Uma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica para cuidar da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o em tempos de isolamento\/distanciamento social \u00e9 criar estrat\u00e9gias de planejamento alimentar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify\">Planejamento alimentar<\/h5>\n[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.4.6&#8243; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; border_width_left=&#8221;2px&#8221; border_color_left=&#8221;#ffc723&#8243;]<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">O primeiro passo \u00e9 planejar a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o (di\u00e1ria\/semanal\/mensal).
