de rea\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica. Isso \u00e9 complexo, mas vamos simplificar para responder. OK?<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif;font-size: inherit\">No post anterior, falamos sobre a auto-oxida\u00e7\u00e3o do cloreto de vinila. Uma rea\u00e7\u00e3o que acontece entre este alceno com o oxig\u00eanio presente no ar atmosf\u00e9rico.\u00a0<\/span>O que, posteriormente, pode levar \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o de subprodutos potencialmente t\u00f3xicos como cloral, \u00e1cido clor\u00eddrico, fosg\u00eanio, entre outros.[1]<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif;font-size: inherit;font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight )\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif;font-size: inherit\">Dessa forma, como esse processo leva \u00e0 produ\u00e7\u00e3o de in\u00fameros sub-produtos indesej\u00e1veis, \u00e9 extremamente necess\u00e1rio inibir esse processo oxidativo de algum jeito.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif;font-size: inherit\">Essa oxida\u00e7\u00e3o se inicia com a rea\u00e7\u00e3o do cloreto de vinila com o oxig\u00eanio levando a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de um intermedi\u00e1rio super reativo reativo chamada de per\u00f3xido mostrado na Figura 1.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif;font-size: inherit\">Posteriormente, essa mol\u00e9cula que &#8220;anexou&#8221; os dois \u00e1tomos de oxig\u00eanio ao carbono sp<sup>2<\/sup> pode se &#8220;quebrar&#8221;.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif;font-size: inherit;font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight )\">Essa quebra pode acontecer, por exemplo, via hidr\u00f3lise (rea\u00e7\u00e3o com a \u00e1gua &#8211; H<\/span><sub style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif;font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight )\">2<\/sub><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif;font-size: inherit;font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight )\">O) gerando glioxal, glicoalde\u00eddo, cloreto de hidrog\u00eanio e outros gases.<\/span>[1]<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif;font-size: inherit;font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight )\">\u00a0Ou ainda, pode ocorrer atrav\u00e9s de decomposi\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica oxidativa formando fosfog\u00eanio, cloral, formalde\u00eddo, entre outros.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif;font-size: inherit;font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight )\">Por outra rota, em alt\u00edssimas temperaturas o p\u00e9roxido pode reagir com outra mol\u00e9cula de cloreto de vinila em um\u00a0 processo qu\u00edmico chamado de polimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o.[2,3]\u00a0<\/span>Essa rea\u00e7\u00e3o exotermica envolve a liga\u00e7\u00e3o de muitas mol\u00e9culas pequenas de cloreto de vinila para formar uma mol\u00e9cula polim\u00e9rica maior. Se esta rea\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o for controlada, pode resultar em uma libera\u00e7\u00e3o violenta de calor e press\u00e3o, podendo levar a uma explos\u00e3o.<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif;font-size: inherit;font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight )\">\u00a0Isso \u00e9 bem complexo! Especialmente, impedir a forma\u00e7\u00e3o do intermedi\u00e1rio per\u00f3xido de cloreto de vinila por que \u00e9 a partir dele que se formam os demais produtos.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">Nesse contexto, devido \u00e0 instabilidade dos per\u00f3xido de vinila s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias medidas de seguran\u00e7a apropriadas ao manusear e armazenar o cloreto de vinila, incluindo limitar a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o ao ar, calor e luz e adicionar inibidores para evitar a rea\u00e7\u00e3o de auto-oxida\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">Inibidores da auto-oxida\u00e7\u00e3o? Isso mesmo, n\u00f3s chamamos de antioxidante! [3] Voc\u00ea j\u00e1 ouviu esse termo por a\u00ed. Alguns tipos de aditivos com esse fim encontram-se no quadro, a seguir.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
